Description of work - Coordinate with supplier to inquire about prices, specifications, and work that requires plans. - Create a purchase order, request a quote. - Follow up with work with relevant parties. - Summarize expenses, make KPIs, make reports and present to management. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ 1.รับผิดชอบในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างสินค้าต่างๆ 2.ดำเนินการสั่งซื้อตามแผนงานการผลิตสินค้า 3.จัดการหาซัพพลายเออร์ 4.เปรียบเทียบราคาและข้อเสนอราคาในรายการสินค้าใหม่ 5.สามารถช่วยสรุปข้อมูลการลดต้นทุนต่อไตรมาสได้ 6.สำหรับสินค้าที่หมดสต๊อกหรือเสียหายผิดปกติ ให้ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ทบทวนและปรับเปลี่ยนคำสั่งซื้อ 7.ปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดหาสินค้าให้ทันเวลาและเพียงพอ และกำหนดแผนการตลาดร่วม 8.อัปเดตราคาต้นทุนสินค้าและเจรจาราคาต้นทุนกับซัพพลายเออร์ 9.ช่วยประสานงานตรวจสอบข้อมูลสินค้าใหม่ที่ได้รับจากการขายให้ครบถ้วนเพื่อให้ข้อมูลชัดเจนก่อนจะหาข้อตกลงกับซัพพลายเออร์
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female Age 35+ years old.
  2. Bachelor's degree or about related fields.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in procurement position preferably in food .
  4. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP,BRC,ISO,HALAL standard, All Food's Regulations of Thailand and other countries
  5. Have knowledge about the chicken and fresh food business is preferred
  6. Know the source of fresh chicken, frozen chicken, or special chicken food businesses.
  7. Expertly manage the fresh chicken food business.
  8. Excellent communication skills in English & Thai.
  9. Can start work immediately will be considered.
  10. Able to work in jobs with pressure very well.
