Job Descriptions
1. ซักประวัติ ตรวจร่างกาย วางแผนการรักษา และให้การรักษาตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ ให้แก่ผู้ป่วย รวมถึงการติดตามผลการรักษาทางกายภาพบำบัด การบันทึกในเวชระเบียน 2. วางแผนการรักษาให้สอดคล้องกับการรักษาของแพทย์ 3. ให้การรักษาผู้ป่วย 4. รักษาโดยใช้มือ (Manual therapy) 5. รักษาโดยใช้เครื่องมือทางกายภาพบำบัด 6. ให้ความรู้ คำแนะนำ/ปรึกษาทางกายภาพบำบัดแก่ผู้มารับบริการ 7. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงาน อื่นๆ รวมทั้งผู้รับบริการทางภายนอกและภายในโรงพยาบาล 8. ให้คำแนะนำการดูแลภาวะสุขภาพให้แก่ผู้ป่วยตามกลุ่มโรคที่เหมาะสม ในเรื่องทางกายภาพบำบัดแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ ญาติ หรือผู้ป่วย 9. สื่อสาร ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการดูแลผู้ป่วย 10.อื่นๆตามที่หัวหน้าแผนกมอบหมาย **ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 6 วัน /เวลาเข้างาน 10.00-19.00น.**
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขากายภาพบำบัด เท่านั้น!!
  3. มีประสบการณ์นักกายภาพบำบัดไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ กระตือรือร้น เรียนรู้ได้เร็ว และมีไหวพริบในการทำงาน
  5. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
