Job Descriptions
-Install, configure and manage server’s H/W, VM, storage and operating systems (Microsoft Windows Server (level administrator)) -Monitoring server operation and performance. -Administration on Microsoft 365 Cloud. -Administer and maintain backup and restore server systems to ensure data integrity and availability. -Manage and support SAP basic operations. -Manage vendors on Maintenance Agreement. -Troubleshoot and resolve system or infrastructure, performance and security. -Providing support and technical expertise in Directory Services technology -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT-related issues effectively. -Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and procedures related to quality management systems, environmental management systems, occupational health and safety management systems, and business continuity management systems. -Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related engineering field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration or a related role
  3. Hands-on experience with Windows Server, VM Server, Cloud, Azure, SAP Basic, and backup management.
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage outsource effectively
  5. Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
  6. Teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with other departments.
  7. Knowledge and experience in network infrastructure such as LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Load Balancer, and Cloud.
