- Analyze Seller Performance Metrics: Monitor and compare key metrics (GMV, CTR, conversion rate, etc.) within verticals and against platform benchmarks. - Create Weekly and Monthly Reports: Develop reports with tools like Excel and Google Sheets, including insights and recommendations. - Present Insights: Deliver findings to the business development team, highlighting actionable steps for improvement. - Contact Sellers: Communicate performance insights and improvement strategies via email, meetings, or calls. - Plan Campaigns: Collaborate with sellers on campaigns to increase traffic and sales, suggesting creative ideas. - Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing post-campaign analysis. - Identify and Onboard High-Profile Sellers: Research and pitch to high-potential sellers in specific verticals. - Ensure Successful Onboarding: Guide new sellers through the onboarding process and provide necessary training. - Identify Reasons for Churn: Analyze and identify customers who have stopped purchasing. - Targeted Campaigns: Collaborate with sellers to create campaigns aimed at winning back inactive customers. - Identify Best Practices: Share best practices from top-performing sellers with others. - Provide Feedback: Share insights with the platform team to improve features and support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, data analysis, or key account management.
Proven track record of working with sellers or clients to drive performance improvements.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., MyCustomer | CRM) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., MyShop, LINE OA).
