Job Descriptions
1.ดำเนินงานด้านการแก้ไขปัญหาและการบริการต่างๆ แก่ผู้ใช้งานระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศภายในบริษัท 2.วิเคราะห์และจำแนกปัญหาและการบริการต่างๆ รวมถึงประสานงานไปยังส่วนงานต่างๆ ภายในฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศองค์กร เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและการบริการต่างๆ ของระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 3.ดำเนินการติดตั้ง ปรับปรุง ให้คำแนะนำการใช้งานระบบต่างๆ ที่ใช้งานภายในบริษัทฯ ตามนโยบายมาตราฐานต่างๆ และกฏระเบียบของบริษัทเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ 4.ดำเนินงานด้านเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานในการแก้ไขปัญหาและการบริการต่างๆ ของระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 5.ดำเนินการและรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานโครงการหรือแผนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา รวมถึงผู้ให้บริการภายนอก 6.สามารถดูแลระบบ mail Office 365 , VMware และมีความเข้าใจในระบบ Active Directory , Network และอื่นๆ
Qualifications
  1. ชาย-หญิง อายุ ไม่เกิน 30 ปี
  2. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. จบปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยากรคอมพิวเตอร์ , สารสนเทศ หรือ ที่เกี่ยวงข้อง
  4. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบสารสนเทศได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และมีใจบริการ
  7. มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับปานกลาง - ดี
