Responsibilities: Interface with RD staff and customer to understand product design intent and lead team to design a test plan. Lead team to design, develop and integrate automated test solutions for audio transducer, PCBA and system’s level. Coach and train engineers on developing fixture wiring diagrams and Automated test software. Participate in and lead test team in New Product Introduction phases. Interface with other Manufacturing Engineers such as Process Engineers and Industrial Engineers to optimize overall production solution. Cooperate with test engineering team in China. Qualifications

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Instrumentation or similar are typically a best fit, but will consider any that can demonstrate understanding.
About 5+ years of experience in leading a technical team that involves external and internal communication.
A comfortable and confident level of communication in English is necessary. Thai and Chinese are a huge plus.
Experience with software development and hardware development are necessary and Experience with electronics manufacturing is an asset
Basic understanding of Acoustic and/or Radio Frequency concepts are an asset.
