Job Descriptions

1. Contact with customer OEM and service part for forecast update and delivery plan. 2. Check FG inventory for support customer or not 3. Prodvide delivery plan and window time daily to customer and Logistic teams. 4. Monitoring delivery plan on times each day to avoid customer line shortage. 5. Provide delivery note and BF in SAP system. 6. Provide quotation sign off with customer. 7. Summary delivery monthly report. 8. Register any document to DCC. 9. Any job assign by suoervisor

Qualifications

Sex : Male / Femel
Age : 26 - 35 years old
Education : Bachlor Degree any field that relate.
Experience : Experience in automotive industyr more than 4 year. General knowledge:
Basic knowledge and common sense related to automobiles, and knowledge of company products;
Production management business and processes;
Logistics management knowledge.
TPS&IATF system knowledge
Common abilities for all employees (including management): observation, learning, communication, execution, and problem discovery abilities;
Able to use computer office software, with a typing speed of 40 words/minute and proficiency in office operations;
Have 5W analysis ability, schedule management ability, problem discovery and solution ability, and ability to produce A3 reports.
Able to use product assembly information to purchase required materials;
Able to use planning method.
Able to use SAP and Excel.
