Job Descriptions

1. QC section 1.1 Prepare WI and Check sheet documents for inspection records for inspector and manage documents to use such as measuring equipment inspection schedules, important operational information and maintenance instructions, and perform daily maintenance to ensure equipment inspections Maintaining and operating according to established standards 1.2 Confirm results of inspection report from inspectors of each production line to confirm first piece. Judge the product that does not meet the requirements according to control plan and inspection manual, etc. 1.3 Arrange product testing according to customer requirements and issue inspection reports before delivery. 1.4 Confirm the results and manage to receive jig inspection results (C/F) and maintain tools or equipment to inform the results (Feedback) abnormalities in the use of jigs (C/F) in the process. 1.5 Responsible for overseeing the identification Isolation and disposal of nonconforming products and supervising and confirming the handling of non-conforming products in the production process. 1.6 Check and confirm the change points that occur in each process. 1.7 Monitor and control the documentation system of the quality department's audit measurement system 1.8 Control and manage job of QC team under your organize to achieve target including controlling work discipline inspector performance evaluation Maintaining living conditions in responsible operating areas. 2. QC incoming 2.1 Confirm the results of the inspection of purchased parts / received parts according to the control plan 2.2 Responsible for overseeing the identification Separating and disposing of nonconforming products of purchased/accepted parts 2.3 Control and follow up the results and send the work piece information that does not meet the requirements for the inspection of the incoming work to the responsible person. 2.4 Control and confirm the supplier's invoices and reports for incoming work pieces. 2.5 Follow up and control the document system of the inspection of incoming workpieces according to the requirements. 3. Measuring tools/ Inspection tools. 3.1 Control and mornitoring measuring tools and inspection tools management / calibration date / calibration tool and analyzing and researching measuring tools systems. 3.2 Control and verify an accurate and portable 3D Measurement Solution in the process. 4. Other : Perform tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

Male/Female, 25-35 years old
Graduated with bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields (New graduates are welcome).
Experience working in a leader position or QC engineer position for more than 1 years
At least 3 years of experience in Quality section.
Can use English or Chinese will be specially considered.
Able to work under pressure very well meticulous high responsibility and punctual.
Have coordination skills Excellent communication with others Able to work well with Chinese people.
Able to work overtime and able to travel to work by himself.
Able to use a computer well in Microsoft office.
Have basic knowledge about Automotive.
Have basic knowledge about drafting, reading drawings, and knowledge of quality inspection.
Have general knowledge about quality control in the automotive industry or car manufacturing according to IATF16949 requirements.
Able to use and maintain general measuring tools and precision measuring tools.
Experience in handling non-conforming products. , Familiar with product monitoring and measurement management requirements.
Have knowledge of quality management tools such as QC 7 Tools, Core tools, 8D etc.
General measuring instruments can be used to test various products. effectively , Can correctly consider and judge size and appearance. according to product inspection standards , Able to prepare work instructions (WI) to guide work and inspect according to inspection methods and procedures.
Have the ability to use knowledge about team building methods. Improve professional abilities Promote the enhancement of organizational structure and build teams to be highly effective independently
Ability to use communication and coordination skills.
