Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำเอกสาร ใบ PACKING LISTเพื่อใช้ประกอบการยื่นเอกสารขอใบอนุญาตการส่งออก
2.จัดทำเอกสารเพื่อการส่งออก
3.ทำใบอนุญาตส่งออก ในระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
4.รับแบบฟอร์ม AI ในระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ กระทรวงพาณิชย์
5.ส่งเอกสารประกอบการทำใบขนสินค้าขาออกและใบกำกับการขนย้ายสินค้าเข้าระบบของกรมศุลกากร
6.ส่งเอกสารใบขนสินค้าและใบกำกับการขนย้ายสินค้าให้เจ้าหน้าที่
7.ทำเอกสารประกอบการทำใบตัด SHORT น้ำหนักสินค้า หลังโหลดสินค้าขึ้นเรือใหญ่เสร็จ
8.ยื่นเอกสารชำระค่าพิธีการศุลกากรและทำใบรับรองการส่งออกสินค้า
9.ดำเนินการส่งเอกสารปิดเรือรวบรวมใบเสร็จค่าพิธีการต่างๆ
ทำงาน เวลา 8.00-17.00น.
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะ ภาษาอังกฤษ ได้ในระดับสื่อสารได้เข้าใจ
- ทำงานเวลา 08.00-17.00น.
- มี Notebook ส่วนตัว
- หากมีประสบการณ์ ขานำเข้า-ส่งออก จะดีมาก
