1. วางแผนและจัดการงานในร้าน
2. วางแผนยอดขายประจำเดือน /สัปดาห์/วัน
3. วางแผนและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. ดูแลความสะอาดของร้าน
5. ดูแลคุณภาพอาหาร,เครื่องดื่ม และบริการ
6. ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานภายในร้าน
7. แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่เกิดขึ้นกับลูกค้าและพนักงาน
8. สรุปยอดขาย ค่าใช้จ่าย และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องและทำการจัดส่งตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 25 - 45 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านร้านอาหาร 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีภาวะผู้นำ ทัศนคติที่ดี และรักงานบริการ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ ไม่ติดประวัติอาชญากร
