Job Descriptions
Responsible for coordinating with suppliers, ensuring site security, and managing the budget.
Must be quick-witted and capable of handling unexpected events effectively.
Must be skilled at creating timelines and schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time. This includes setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized throughout the planning process.
Must be able to communicate clearly with clients, team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders to avoid misunderstandings or miscommunication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
- Adaptable and able to handle unexpected challenges.
- Demonstrates leadership and initiative.
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
