Job Descriptions

- Strategize and set goals as agreed with CEO and Dept. Head on L&D Plan. - Assisting in the creation and delivery of analytics, trends,feedback,and other data related to Learning and Development - Work with Partnership Jinpao Academy Committee and support with the annual plan of L&D priorities and facilitate its delivery. - Develop and implement a consistent induction program, in line with the APAC onboarding project. Maintains updated curriculum. - Issues certificate for in-houe training to employees and record in HR system. - Develop techical training courses for all levels (beginner and intermediate T1&T2 Level) - Coording Technical College-reated Work integrated Learning trainings,including curriculum presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment. - Liaise with industry experts and organize workshops and classroom-style training - To co-develop the soft skill training course with expert as well as from time to time #Arrange a special workshop by inviting the external guest speaker to train our leaders about some special. #Cooperation with Jinpao Work integrated Learning with Technical College. - Applying business process improvement methodologies; e.g., Lean Six Sigma per the problem statement characteristics - Identify talent gaps and skills needed for particular positions then to develop training programs for those missing competencies.

Qualifications

Age 30-40 years
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering. Industrial Education
Minimum of 5 years with proven experience utilizing Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing
Initiatives in production is preferred
Understanding of sheet metal manufacturing and Technology 4.0 preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with high levels of collaboration with cross-functional teams at every level.
Ability to create, read, and explain value stream maps of complex processes
In-depth knowledge and experience practicing Lean (waste elimination, continuous improvement tools, VSM, ECRS, DMAIC, DFSS etc.)
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to any situation's needs.
Ability to teach or coach a group in a way that clearly communicates Lean practices and use of tools.
Process engineering and/or industrial engineering background preferred.
Understanding of true waste and root cause analysis
Exceptional ability in communication, customer service, time management and teamwork
