Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) และเอกสารวางบิลให้กับลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน 2. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลค่าบริการ ค่าขนส่ง และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ก่อนออกใบแจ้งหนี้ 3. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการและฝ่ายบัญชีเกี่ยวกับการวางบิลและติดตามการชำระเงิน 4. บันทึกและตรวจสอบข้อมูลการรับชำระเงินของลูกค้าในระบบ 5. จัดทำรายงานวางบิล รายงานการชำระเงิน และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง 6. ติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า และแจ้งเตือนกรณีมียอดค้างชำระ 7. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางบิล การเงิน หรือบัญชี อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์หรือคลังสินค้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และโปรแกรมบัญชีพื้นฐานได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. หากมีความรู้ด้านภาษาต่างประเทศ (อังกฤษหรือจีน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
