Job Descriptions
1. Influencer Identification & Engagement: - Identify, research, and build relationships with influencers and content creators who align with our brand values and target market. - Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. 2. Campaign Management: - Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand and on-schedule. - Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that highlights our beauty products. 3. Content Coordination: - Work with influencers and internal teams to ensure content quality and consistency with brand messaging. - Review and approve content before publication to ensure alignment with campaign goals. 4. Trend Monitoring: - Stay informed about industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies fresh and relevant. Adapt strategies based on market changes and new opportunities. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. - Coordinate with other departments to align influencer campaigns with broader company initiatives.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, with a preference for experience in the beauty industry.
  3. Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics, tools, and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  6. Proficiency in social media platforms, influencer marketing software, and analytics tools.
  7. A keen interest in beauty trends and consumer behavior.
