- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการบริหารบุคลากร 4 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องกฎหมายแรงงานเป็นอย่างดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์และมีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์
- บริหารจัดการด้านแรงงานภายในองค์กรได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint ได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
