Job Descriptions
•Manage daily warehousing activities to ensure efficient and accurate stock in/out movements.
•In charge of the warehouse operator management, formulate manning quotas in advance and arrange reasonably staff to work overtime and control the number of people for extra work to save the labor and reduce cost.
•Follow closely the warehouse adjustment daily and work closely with LOG supporting team and sales team to strictly control warehouse.
•Cooperate with Sale and Production to arrange the order. Provide suitable solution for customers together with Distribution Supervisor.
•Manage warehouse and logistics personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality.
•Lead the team in line, develop, coach and guide members to ensure a workforce which is competent, engaged and enabled to meet future needs.
•Participate in periodic operations related reporting, meeting, project and improvement activity.
•Provides supervisory and technical skills to direct the operation of a warehouse facility.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics , Business Administration
- Experience > 5 years in Warehouse, logistic and planning with people management
- Fair to communication in English
- Able to work shift
- Knowledge of SAP Systems / Computer literacy in MS office, Excel an Power Point
