การบริหารจัดการทีมแม่บ้าน
วางแผนและจัดตารางการทำงานของพนักงานแม่บ้านให้เหมาะสม
ดูแลและควบคุมการทำงานของแม่บ้านให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
ฝึกอบรมพนักงานใหม่เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานความสะอาดและบริการ
ตรวจสอบความสะอาดของห้องพัก พื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ห้องอาหาร สปา และพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ของรีสอร์ท
ตรวจเช็คความพร้อมของห้องพักก่อนให้แขกเข้าพัก
ดูแลให้แน่ใจว่าอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักอยู่ในสภาพดี
ควบคุมและบริหารสต็อกผ้าปูที่นอน ผ้าขนหนู ของใช้ในห้องน้ำ และอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาด
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อเพื่อสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์และของใช้ที่จำเป็น
Qualifications
- จบการศีกษาระดับปวช ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- ชาย / หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส และรักงานบริการ
- ทักษะการบริหารและภาวะผู้นำ
- ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและการตัดสินใจ
- ความอดทนและความยืดหยุ่น
