Job Descriptions

•Responsible for processing customer payments and handling all financial transactions according to company procedures. •Issue tax invoices / vat refund to customers accurately. •Pack goods into bags as requested by customers. •Provide excellent customer service, offering assistance and information on products and promotions. •Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier area. •Work closely with sales staff to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. •Verify and ensure all items are correctly scanned before processing payments. •Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure sales reports are accurate. •Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or as a cashier is preferred
Cash registers or POS systems
Computer Skills
Ability to work in shifts
English & Chinese (Preferred)
