Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจสอบและบันทึกบัญชีลูกหนี้ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานบัญชี 2. ออกใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบกำกับภาษี และติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า 3. ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชีลูกหนี้ให้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา 4. จัดทำรายงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ รายงานวิเคราะห์อายุหนี้ และสรุปสถานะลูกหนี้ค้างชำระ 5. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายขาย และลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ 6. ดูแลเอกสารทางบัญชีและภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (WHT) 7. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี (พิจาราณาช่วงอายุที่กำหนดเท่านั้น)
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) 1-3 ปี
  4. มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี และ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงาน และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับอะไหล่รถยนต์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
