Job Descriptions

1. Handle customer complaints, understand the causes of common defects and their impact on client-side components, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complaints. 2. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of 8D reports, responding within the customer’s specified timeframe or a mutually agreed deadline. 3. Follow up on customer complaint reviews and verify the effectiveness of client-side improvements, ensuring complaints are resolved efficiently while maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction. 4. Coordinate and track quality improvement projects.

Qualifications

Male or Female
Bachelor's degree or higher, with strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Prior experience in customer service within the PCB industry is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
Proactive, responsible, and highly motivated.
