1. การวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ (Strategic Planning) - วางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ และดำเนินกลยุทธ์ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของผู้บริหาร - ทำการวิจัยข้อมูลด้านการตลาด (ทั้งจากลูกค้า/พันธมิตร/คู่แข่ง/ประเภทธุรกิจทั้งในและต่างประเทศ) เพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวโน้ม และโอกาสทางธุรกิจที่เกิดขึ้น - พัฒนาแผนกลยุทธ์ และพัฒนาวิธีการปฏิบัติให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบาย เพื่อบรรลุตามเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท 2.การวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจ (Business Analysis) - ทำการวิเคราะห์ (SWOT Analysis) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ค้นหาจุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน อุปสรรค และโอกาสทางด้านธุรกิจ - ทำการวิเคราะห์ และติดตามแนวโน้มของประเภทธุรกิจ รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มของการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อธุรกิจ 3.การบริหารโครงการ (Project Management) - กำกับดูแลและบริหารโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ให้ดำเนินไปตามแผนและบรรลุผลสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย เช่น การออก product ใหม่ , การขยายธุรกิจใหม่ , การทำการตลาดใหม่ เป็นต้น

Qualifications

Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline.
Proven experience in Business Planning, Strategic planning, Business analysis, Project Management, Value Chain Integration or in related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels within the organization.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools.
Proficient in English
Average 2+ ( two out of three years)
