- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Recruit, train, coach, and manage retail staff (PCs, supervisors, temporary workers) to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Identify and secure new booth opportunities in malls or events with strong sales potential.
- Maintain strong relationships with mall management, event organizers, and landlords.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on seasonal campaigns and promotions.
