ประจำที่เครื่องคีออส
-ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรแก่ผู้ที่สนใจ และให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับระยะเวลาการเรียนให้เหมาะสมกับเป้าหมายทางภาษาของนักเรียน
ดำเนินการสมัครเรียนและลงทะเบียนหลักสูตรใหม่
-สนับสนุนและดูแลให้นักเรียนได้รับประสบการณ์การเรียนภาษาที่ดีที่สุด รวมถึงช่วยเหลือด้านตารางเรียน การปรับตัวกับโรงเรียน ปัญหาการเข้าเรียน และทักษะการเรียน
-แจ้งข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรใหม่ โปรโมชั่น และกำหนดเวลาการลงทะเบียนให้กับนักเรียน
-ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการในทุกประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงาน
-จัดทำและส่งรายงานประจำสัปดาห์ให้กับผู้จัดการ
-Base at Kiosk
-Provide course information to prospective students and advise on the appropriate length of study that matches with the students’ language achievement goals
-Process new enrolments and course registrations
-Ensure that students enjoy the best language learning experience by providing support in all areas, including assisting students with timetables and scheduling, school adjustment, attendance problems and study skills
-Communicate regularly to students about new courses, promotions, registration deadlines, etc.
-Work closely with Language Center Manager on all operational issues and concerns
-Compile and submit weekly report to manager
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีในทุกสาขา (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีทักษะด้านการบริการลูกค้าและการขาย
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และสนุกกับการประสานงานกับผู้อื่น
- มีความสามารถในการจัดการงานเป็นระบบและใส่ใจรายละเอียด
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
