Job Descriptions
1. Control/Check and purchased of raw materials/CKD part according to the production plan and customer orders 2. Update customs laws and Import Tariff to correct and legal. 3. Control and monitoring of raw materials/parts of supplier to deliver according to order plan. 4. Control and prepare documents for using import privilege such as FTA, M12, M29, Tax Refund, so that the company can receive and refund the import duty in timely and also control and compare freight rates in different terms to reduce transportation costs. 5. Check import entry & coordinate with shipping to do import custom clearance process and also prepared document for payment to supplier. 6. Control and compare freight rates in different terms to reduce transportation costs and any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Male / Female Age 24 years old up.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Graduated with a major in English , logistics or related fields.
  3. Have experience in Purchasing, more than 2 year.
  4. Using English Tax Skills to Negotiate with Supplier.
  5. Have experience about logistic of import part and have knowledgeable of import laws.
  6. Have experience of privilege (FTA, M29, M12) will be an advantage.
  7. Good communication in English (TOEIC test 650 up)
  8. Able to work under pressure.
