Job Descriptions
- Prepare and arrange the application forms and relevant documents for incorporation, amendment of any corporate works and related registration;
- Liaise with clients about corporate documents and processes
- Contract review and drafting in English and Thai
- Contact and submit applications and relevant documents with government authorities e.g. Department of Business Development, Foreign Administrative Office, Ministry of Commerce Board of Investment, Revenue Department, Customs Department etc.;
- Provide administrative support to Lawyers;
- Others as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields;
- 1-2 year experience in visa and permit support;
- Fresh Graduated also welcome
- Good communication skill
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
