Job Descriptions
•Identify and approach bars, restaurants, beach clubs, rooftop bars, hotels, and entertainment venues to introduce White Claw.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise accounts, ensuring consistent order placements.
•Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
•Conduct product training, tasting sessions, and promotional activations with venue staff.
•Work closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
•Negotiate pricing, promotional deals, and placement opportunities to maximize sales.
•Track sales performance, gather market insights, and provide regular reports.
•Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand reach.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage, alcohol, or hospitality industry.
- Strong network in the F&B and nightlife scene is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Fluent in Thai; English proficiency is a plus
