Job Descriptions
•Provide general technical direction and assistance to the customer in the operation, maintenance, repair, logistic support, and installation of Veolia’s products. •Provide on-site interpretation of data and technical instruction. •Provide Project and Field Service management with complete and prompt information regarding status of programs, customer problems, failures and trends. •Provide technical assistance through on-site guidance and training in proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned programs and ground support equipment, including the use and proper interpretation of data and technical instructions. •Provide communication to Product Support and Field Service regarding all program activities and problems through regular, timely reports. •Review reported malfunctions and identify / analyze any undesirable trends •Make recommendations on findings. •Review effectiveness of maintenance actions in order to identify training needs. •Be one of the focal points for assigned account for all matters concerning Veolia products and services and total support, ensuring that both customer and Veolia objectives are met. •Developing and maintaining a customer preference relationship toward Veolia •Execute value generating plans and coordinate both internally and externally with the customer •Outlining, presenting and selling the value of Veolia products and services that can benefit customer needs. •Ensure that all the KPIs set by customer are met. •Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high service standards.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering, Chemical, Environmental or applied Sciences
  2. At least two years experience in related field and knowledge in water treatment industry is preferable
  3. Be able to use English (writing, speaking, and reading) at least as the second native language
  4. Be able to use computer for Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc)
  5. Good personality and service mind
  6. Able to work independently as well as be a team player
  7. Hardworking and Street Smart to meet growing challenges
  8. Effective interpersonal and excellent communication skills
  9. High responsibility of the assigned target Possess valid driving license
  10. Available to work at Remote Province (Support customer in Central area such as Saraburi, Ayutthaya, Aungthong, BKK, Samutprakarn, Prachinburi)
  11. Valid Driver License
