Job Descriptions
- Oversee and manage the quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to improve overall product quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant quality standards.
- Manage internal and external audits, including supplier audits.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management within the forging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to enhance quality performance.
