Assistant Lab Support (1 year contract)
LocationEastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) Rayong
Salary15,000 - 18,000 (+ Travel Allowance 1,000)

Job Descriptions
1.Conduct laboratory tests and record the results.
2.Perform quality control tests on ingredients, completed products and product samples.
3.Provide technical reports of the test results.
4.Maintain lab equipment, QA record data, troubleshoot or report on malfunctions.
5.Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines.
6.Sterilize equipment and store materials in secure places.
7.Clean and sterilize equipment and work area.
8.Swab testing on the production line.
9.Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control.
10.Control Halal requirements and prepare documents for annual audit.
11.Comply with the correct procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations.
12.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, chemistry or a related field
- Experience in Lab of food ingredient industry or a related
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety
