Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for IT, mailbox, mes and other application system operation and maintenance
management (deployment, monitoring, optimization, fault handling)
2. Responsible for changes and upgrades of application system
3. Rely on the existing monitoring platform, responsible for the configuration of monitoring
indicators for each system, and develop custom indicators if necessary
4. Responsible for daily operation problem record, feedback and tracking
5. Corporate virtualization and data backup and security
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
7. Team up with IT team members to continuously deliver quality support to the user community
Qualifications
