Job Descriptions
1.Initiate and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients. 2.Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets. 3.Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize opportunities. 4.Endeavor to effectively present, guide, and showcase properties to clients. 5.Follow up with potential clients, persuade, and negotiate business deals. 6.Assess clients' needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable options. 7.Execute other tasks as assigned by Sale Manager.
Qualifications
  1. Females are preferred and maximum age 45
  2. Bachelor Degree
  3. Proven experience in Luxury Real Estate at least 3 years.
  4. Fluent English
  5. Good computer skills
  6. Presentable with very good communication skills
