Leading fashion retail business Responsibilities: 1.Invoice Management for Overseas Vendors oEnsure accuracy and completeness of intercompany transactions. 2.Trade and Non-Trade (NCG) Invoice Handling oLiaise with the company regarding disputes related to ITS invoices. oReview all non-trade invoices and verify the correctness of expense codes. oReconcile company invoices on a daily basis. oUpdate the status of goods receipt for company invoices weekly. oManage trade invoice copy requests from banks. 3.Payment Management for Overseas Vendors oProcess and update payment transactions in SAP. 4.Customs and Freight Charge Management oRecord customs duty and freight invoices in SAP. oEnsure timely processing of duty invoice payments. oPrepare payment vouchers with original receipts. 5.Tax Submission oProcess PND54 and PP36 tax filings with supporting documents. oReconcile SAP VAT reports with tax invoices and ensure original documents are complete. 6.Daily Sales Reporting oSend daily sales reports to landlords and HQ.
