1. Apply all data to provide guidance and recommendations with proper and practical preliminary solutions to the team and related parties 2. Support on generating all assigned reports as well as analyse data related to HRBP & TA dashboard, business ad-hoc projects, sourcing and recruiting, retention, legal, compliance, etc. 3. Lead the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems 4. Ensuring accurate data reporting and supporting the organization's digital transformation. 5. Oversee the consolidation and analysis of system data to inform decision-making. 6.
