Job Responsibilities:
Job Description:
1. SMT material preparation (collecting materials, preparing feeders, baking materials, etc.)
2. SMT material preparation (picking, preparing feeders, baking materials, etc.)
3. Operation of SMT placement machines and printers, etc.; ensuring the normal operation of SMT related equipment;
4. Handling of abnormal equipment alarms during production;
5. Handling of production abnormalities and feedback.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in science and engineering such as machinery or electronics;
2. 18-25 years old, male, with more than 2 years of experience in SMT in electronics factories or those who know Chinese are preferred
3. Able to accept overtime and day and night shifts;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, careful certification;
5. Able to accept work in different positions,
6. Static protection should be done when entering the work area.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1.เตรียมวัสดุสำหรับกระบวนการ SMT (เบิกวัสดุ, เตรียมฟีดเดอร์, อบวัสดุ ฯลฯ)
2.เตรียมอุปกรณ์และวัสดุที่ใช้ในกระบวนการ SMT (หยิบจับวัสดุ, เตรียมฟีดเดอร์, อบวัสดุ ฯลฯ)
3.ควบคุมและใช้งานเครื่องจักร SMT เช่น เครื่องวางชิ้นส่วนอัตโนมัติ (Pick and Place Machine) และเครื่องพิมพ์ครีมบัดกรี (Stencil Printer) เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเครื่องจักรทำงานได้ตามปกติ
4.แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างกระบวนการผลิต เช่น การแจ้งเตือนของเครื่องจักร
5.รับผิดชอบการแก้ไขและรายงานปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญาขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 18-25 ปี เพศชาย หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ด้าน SMT ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี หรือสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาและเข้ากะกลางวัน-กลางคืนได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถปรับตัวและยอมรับงานในตำแหน่งที่แตกต่างกันได้
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรการป้องกันไฟฟ้าสถิตในพื้นที่ทำงาน
