Job Descriptions
Approach, visit and engage with new clients to propose logistics services.
Manage existing clients and foster customer relationships
Respond and support sales inquiries.
Prepare quotations and follow up with clients for order closing.
Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure positive customer experience
To handle the overall customer satisfaction of newly acquired customer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or related discipline.
- 1-3 year's experience as sales in Freight Forwarder
- Fair to Good command of English with MS Office Applications.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines.
