Job Descriptions
1. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste and enhance efficiency. 2. Follow-up process and monitoring production process to achieve target. 3. Ensure product quality meets required specifications. 4. Participate in VAVE activities to optimize cost and process efficiency. 5. Control sample products trials and transfer techniques for producing new items according to the APQP. 6. Design and develop Jigs, fixtures, and tooling for lathe operation. 7. Support audit as IATF16949, ISO9001 8. Understanding proposal of machining process. Understanding for G-code, M-code. 9. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve production issues. 10. Strong logical thinking and growth mindset
Qualifications
  1. Age / Gender 25-35
  2. Bachelor degree in industrial engineering , Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering or related field
  3. Good technical knowledge such as time study, line balancing and IATF 16949 system.
  4. 1-5 years, in process mahine for automotive parts, forging M/C , Able to use NC program for CNC machine
  5. Good English communication and computer skill suchas MS Word, Excel, Prower Point
  6. Capable in using Auto CAD for mechanical design and layout drawings
  7. Possesses strong leadership, managerial skills and cooperation.
