Our Client is a world leader in thread manufacturing and structural components for apparel and footwear, as well as an innovative pioneer in performance materials. location: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมสมุทรสาคร, สมุทรสาคร >>>>>>>>> Resume : English is a must !!!!! <<<<<<<<<<<<< Job responsibility: - Supervises non-exempt employees on achieving daily performance requirements. - Administers policy and procedure within legal guidelines. Work group to adapt to new ways of performing work to include understanding of legal ramifications of our policies, government regulations, safety standards, and consistently adhering to and administering policy and procedures. - Manage costs by tracking .Provide input into projected plans. Conduct cost analysis. - Evaluate safety. - Manage work flow. Utilize multi-Warehouse systems to predict and direct workflow. Follow computer control commands to redirect workflow within warehouses systems. Understands how all parts are impacted by decisions to redirect workflow. - Facilitates the setting of objectives and strategies along with daily tactical planning. budgeting and workforce requirements. - Develops performance measures for work groups and clarifies inputs and outputs that will be monitored for continuous improvements. - Schedules work for the daily activities of the work groups to maximize available resources. Working on Monday to Friday with 2 Saturday : 8.00-17.00 Welfare: - Cost of living 1,500 THB/Month - Incentive sharing 10-20% per month - IPD/OPD - Provident fund - Accident insurance - Variable Bonus - Annual leave

Qualifications

28-40 years old, Thai only
Bachelor's Degree of Logistic and Supply chain or related field
At least 3 years of experience in Warehouse Management from Manufacturing, Freight Forwarder or related industry
Strong background in Logistic especially of Warehouse management
Able to communicate in English both written and speaking
Background of SAP is would be advantage
Have a Private car or convenience for travel to Samutsakon Industrial Estate
Strong background in MS Office especially in Excel.
Has experience of Team management
working on Monday to Friday with 2 Saturday per month at Samutsakon Industrial Estate
