Job Descriptions•Maintain current business/customers/food manufacturers in Thailand with effective customer relationship management.
•Expand business with new customers/new products/new markets.
•Maintain regular customer contact, pre- and after-sales support by ensuring that all customer inquiries are promptly responded to.
•Create, update the customer data base, regularly analyze sales/competitor information.
•Ensure that sales budget of responsible accounts is achieved and aligned with objectives.
•Provide monthly sales report with comprehensive info about customers, trend, competitors.
•Provide weekly sales report for assigned channel to Sales Manager.
•Develop strong relationships with assigned customers. Continuously promote products and services offered by the company.
•Coordinate with Marketing, R&D and Operations customer demonstrations, seminars, and meetings, such as Customer Innovation Day to ensure execution of the planned commercial activities for the assigned accounts.
