Job Descriptions
- Plan and Control all aspect operations are productive and cost-effective way
- Organize corporate documents, schedule meetings appointment and minute of meeting
- Implement budgeting report and Shareholders' Meeting
- Analyze data and information for Management decision making
- Review point of contract matters concerning of customer, Vender and Supplier
- Initiate and improvement own work process and cross functional
- Other task assignments by superior
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- 7 year Experience in Business report and related
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge ISO 9001 standard is a plus
