Job Descriptions
- Understand clients’ IT hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview IT candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Act as a consultant, providing insights into the IT job market to both clients and candidates.
- Maintain and manage a candidate database for quick and efficient talent sourcing.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to create future business opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the IT job market and the ability to recruit for various positions, such as Software Engineer, DevOps, Data Analyst, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and online sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in office
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills to facilitate recruitment processes.
