Job Descriptions

1) Responsible on sustaining job with response SMT machines (Screenprint/API/Pick&Place/Reflow oven) 2) Monitor breakdown for preventive maintenance and OEE improvement (Equipment breakdown prevention) 3) Monitor Machine Performance improvement (Reduce cycle time/increase UPH) in order to achieve with production demand 4) Machine spare part management (MOQ review) including critical items (ABC classification) Support capability & function of machine for new product qualification 5) Perform new machine installation & re-layout for line commissioning 6) Provide Machine Procedure, Preventive Maintenance document 7) Communicate with vendor for for PR issue 8) Work with Supplier for Machine modification and Improvement

Qualifications

Min. 2 years experience of SMT Equipment
Machine Maintenance Good attitude Skills of Screenprint, Pick & Paste, or Reflow Oven Understanding of UPH, PFMEA
Able to work under pressure , Flexibility & Good Logical Thinking
