Job Descriptions

- Responsible for estimating and managing the cost to products and service, analyzing and comparing the cost including providing solutions for business decision making - Managing and improvement Costing accounting system ERP (M-Focus) - Coordinates cost activities related to a given process product or cost function with another department. - Prepare monthly report Cost of goods sold. Manufacturing cost, Expense report etc. And Reconciling Inventory Stock Balance (Finished goods Raw material, Work in process) - Review and resolve standard and actual cost for Inaccuracies. - Setup and update standard cost Analysis variance between actual and standard cost. - Calculate cost of product and adjust cost transaction for month end closing. - Monitoring unit cost variance and monitoring and controlling all costing movement in the system. - Conducting analysis of inventory variance, product cost variance. material variance and factory cost variance report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing in particular on spending variances. - Validate the cost of goods sold every month. - Maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) & Cycle Time in the ERP system (M-Focus). - Count the stock of work in process and raw materials. Generate product codes and produce reports of negative product quantities. - Calculate and Prepare of Product to be destroy, Product to Donation and Obsolete stock - Estimate Standard Cost. - Support Data for Auditor and Japanese Auditor

Qualifications

วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี
Experience in Costing & Accounting
Good command of MS Office, Express , Internet, E-mail (Pivot table, VLook up, Formula-Excel Sumif )
Background in Manufacturing is preferred.
Hard working, ability to work independently, flexible and meet deadlines
