Job Descriptions

1. Analyze the current workforce and plan personnel development to align with the company's strategic development plan. 2. Responsible for managing human resources, solving problems, improving systems, processes, and creating systems. 3. Organize and implement recruitment, training and development of personnel, performance evaluation, payroll management, employee relations, etc., for the company.

Qualifications

Male / Female, age not exceeding 42 years.
Proficient in English (knowledge of Chinese will be a plus).
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Humanities, Psychology, Political Science, Law, or other related fields.
Knowledge and experience in labor law, employment law, employee benefits systems, recruitment and selection processes, employee and organizational development, and building employee relations.
Leadership skills and high ability in building relationships with people within the organization.
Able to use basic computer programs for work, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook.
Possesses high skills, knowledge, and abilities in managing and developing the organization to be systematic.
Has at least 5 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
