Job Descriptions

End-to-End Live Stream Management : - Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of live streams, from pre-production planning to post-event analysis. This includes scheduling, equipment setup, testing, an Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of live streaming technologies, including encoding, transcoding, streaming protocols (RTMP, HLS), and content delivery networks (CDNs). Proficiency with live streaming software (e.g., OBS Studio, Wirecast, vMix) and hardware. Technical Operations (OBS Proficiency) : - Operate and maintain live streaming equipment, including encoders, cameras, audio mixers, switchers, and related hardware and software. Specifically, configure and optimize OBS Studio for optimal performance, including encoding settings, bitrate management, audio routing, and plugin utilization. Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently during live events, leveraging OBS's features for diagnostics and recovery. Platform Management : - Manage and optimize live streams across various platforms (E-Commerce (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Live), company website), ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Content Creation & Optimization (OBS Integration) : - Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging live stream content. Utilize OBS's advanced features, such as chroma keying, overlays, and multi-view setups, to enhance production value. Optimize stream settings for quality, latency, and accessibility. Implement strategies to increase viewership and engagement. Quality Assurance (OBS Monitoring) : - Monitor live streams in real-time to ensure broadcast quality, audio/video synchronization, and overall smooth operation. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, using OBS's monitoring tools and logs.
