Job Descriptions
1. Prepare the manpower plan and training yearly plan.
2. Manage and support the overall operations of Administrative Dept.
3. Foster positive labor relations between employees and the company.
4. Plan work processes in compliance with organization regulations and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Age 38 - 45 Year old.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resource or related.
- Experience at least 5 years in Administrative job (management level).
- Have knowledge in labor law, ISO 9001, 14001
- Good leadership and communication.
- Good English communication sKills.
- Good computer skill in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and AI
