Job Descriptions
1. Invoice issuance, review of original vouchers and entry of vouchers. 2. Book data and SOA data are collected and filed. 3. Monitor A/R situation and follow up over due. 4. Make tax declaration and prepare corresponding statements. 5. Tax declaration, statistics bureau declaration, assist audit declaration. 6. Supporting office daily job and manage office equipment. 7. Checking employee attendance and the relative Docs management. Job Requirements: 1. College degree or above, Accounting experience for logistics industry is preferred. 2. Fluent Chinese in spoken & written is preferred. 3. Experience with CARGOWISE system is preferred. 4. Be good at office and accounting software.
Qualifications
  1. College degree or above, logistics industry experience is preferred.
  2. Fluent Chinese or English in spoken & written.
  3. 2-3 years working experience for recruitment is preferred.
  4. Be good at office software.
