Job Descriptions

Strategic Sales Development •Create and implement sales strategies, tools, and approaches to achieve growth targets. •Personally lead efforts to acquire new key accounts, opening doors for the sales team. Sales Team Leadership and Development •Effectively manage and motivate the sales consultant teams to achieve rapid sales growth. •Develop and enhance the sales team's skills and professionalism to meet objectives. Maintain and Expand Key Account Relationships •Strengthen relationships with existing key account customers (restaurant chains, supermarkets, cinemas, etc.) to support their expansion. •Increase penetration in existing accounts by securing more branches/stores. Develop New Key Accounts •Identify and develop relationships with new key account customers. •Focus on expanding into new sectors, including individual restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Market Monitoring •Stay informed of market and competitive trends, taking necessary actions to stay ahead.

Qualifications

Age: 35-45 years
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Proficient in English
At least 5 years of experience in Sales team management and development.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Knowledge of sales techniques and sales performance tools.
Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ideally experience in equipment sales and in the HORECA sector .
