Job Descriptions
Products: Heavy-duty, Hand Tools, Portable Electric Power Tools, etc. Location: Rama 9 • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in traditional trade channels. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market share in local and regional markets. • Set and monitor sales targets for the traditional trade segment, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. • Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives and account managers to meet sales objectives. • Provide regular training and coaching to enhance team performance and product knowledge. • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to improve individual and team results. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key traditional trade customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and customer agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and issues, delivering excellent customer service. • Analyze sales data and market trends to track performance and identify areas for improvement. • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management. • Implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps and optimize sales results. • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within traditional trade channels. • Coordinate with marketing and promotional teams to support brand awareness and product visibility in retail outlets. • Organize and attend trade events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities to drive sales. • Work closely with logistics, finance, and marketing departments to ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and the execution of promotional campaigns. • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or a strong sales background.
  2. Thai Nationality, Age between 30-40 years old.
  3. 5-10 years of experience in Sales Channel Management, specifically in Traditional Hardware.
  4. Proven sales experience in Consumer Durable Goods such as Power Tools, Hand Tools, or Home Appliances.
  5. Strong understanding of traditional retail markets and distribution channels.
  6. Basic English communication skills—fluency is not required, but you should be able to communicate effectively.
  7. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
