• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and issues, delivering excellent customer service.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
• Implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps and optimize sales results.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within traditional trade channels.
• Coordinate with marketing and promotional teams to support brand awareness and product visibility in retail outlets.
• Organize and attend trade events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Work closely with logistics, finance, and marketing departments to ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and the execution of promotional campaigns.
