Job Descriptions

- Control the process of receiving raw materials to be good. (INV. packing list is correct and match with the material received), make the summary if any abnormal case found (QTY loss, Part no. incorrect, box damage, etc...), record in “Material receiving Form”, then update stock card - Using FIFO to check / control Material & finished products withdrawing / returning. Make the record, summary, and real time update to team - Responsible for inventory stock checking and reporting, update material stock monthly to internal and Chinese team (or anytime material receiving or any material movement) - All WH Documents keep & control. In case of new issue / revise / cancel (PIC for DAR format issue) - Control safety stock, Make the record and report every time update - Coordinate with concerned sections, especially for Production, Sales & BOI/Shipping to ensure that products are ready for shipment as SI, make the shipping record, summary, and update in real time - Use forklift / Hand lift correctly, check and maintain on schedule, to ensure there are in the good condition. - Check & control KPI of WH to achieve company policy - Summary Monthly Report to Production Manager - Control chemical storage and minimum stock control - Control and store Chemical and cpntrol minimum chemical stock - Check and control Stock Material BOI-1 and BOI-2 in excel file. - Control Safety in WH working process - 5S Control in WH area - Any jobs assign by Production Manager

Qualifications

Male/Female, age between 25-45 years old
Bachelor ‘s Degree in related field
Good personality and good relationship with another person and strong skill of problem solving
High responsibility and working as team efficiency
Expericnce in Wearhouse management at least 5 years
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines
Good English skill and computer skill is a must, able to speak Chinese will be advantaged
