Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities ( ขอบเขตงาน )
- Perform product development and improvement testing as assigned.
- Study on the information and properties of competitor's products for use in developing new products.
- Responsible for testing the properties of new product to meet the required specifications
- Testing of new sources of raw materials to reduce the cost of products.
- Collaboration with other departments to produce new products.
- Provide research and the development reports of new products to superiors.
- Visit customers to listen customer needs, explain product from testing results , provides advice and training for using of the product.
- Prepare Technical support tool about the company's products to sales
- Calibration and Verification Equipment that have been assigned
Supervision and preparation of ISO documents in the department.
- Registration for new product to Agile system as assigned
Update TDS (English and Thai versions) to sale team for support customer
- Create presentation and co-promote with TS & Sale team for support promote & visit customer.
- Registration for new Hazardous chemical ( RM & product) to DIW as assigned
- Coordination with the production and others when change recipe and check process of solve problem
- Check & Approved information on DIY system for Label of product support teams
- Create BOM & PRSP of new products support team
Qualifications
- BSc. or higher in Textile Chemistry, Chemistry or related field
- Experience in related field more than 7 years
- Understand chemical law in Thailand
- Can communicate with English language
- Have good skills in using computers and software programs
